MySportCal

Terms of Service

The rules for using MySportCal.

These Terms explain what you can expect from MySportCal, what we expect from you, and the important limits around football data, calendar sync, predictions, odds and external services.

Last updated: 3 September 2026 Contact: [email protected]

These Terms apply when you use the MySportCal website or account features. For a description of the platform, see About MySportCal. Our Privacy Policy separately explains how personal data is handled.

01

Agreement & eligibility

By creating an account or using MySportCal, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.

You must be at least 16 years old to create or use a MySportCal account. Betting and gambling services linked from MySportCal are for people who are legally eligible to use them; in Great Britain, online gambling is generally restricted to people aged 18 or over.

MySportCal is not a gambling operator.

We do not accept stakes, hold betting balances or settle bets. Any gambling transaction takes place with the external operator you choose to visit.

02

Your account

  • Provide accurate account information and keep it reasonably up to date.
  • Keep your password, private calendar-feed links and any other account access details secure.
  • You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless the activity results from something MySportCal is legally responsible for.
  • Tell us promptly if you believe your account or private calendar access has been compromised.
03

What MySportCal provides

MySportCal brings together football fixtures, results, match data, team and player information, calendar tools, predictions, market/odds information and fantasy-planning features. Features available to you may depend on the data, competition, fixture, account state or external service involved.

Some parts of the service depend on third-party data providers or external platforms. Their systems, rules, availability and terms are outside MySportCal’s control. Where you connect or visit an external service, its own terms may also apply.

04

Calendar connections, feeds & reminders

MySportCal supports direct Google and Microsoft calendar connections and private ICS subscription feeds. A direct connection requires you to authorise the permissions shown by the calendar provider. The provider’s own terms and policies also apply to that account and connection.

MySportCal can create, update or remove MySportCal fixture events through a connected calendar and can use identifiers needed to locate those managed events. Calendar syncing depends on MySportCal, the external calendar provider, network availability and the underlying football data all operating correctly.

Fixture changes are intended to flow through to managed calendar events, but you should still verify critical travel, attendance or broadcast plans against an authoritative source. A reminder or calendar entry is not a guarantee that a fixture will take place at the displayed time or venue.

Treat a private ICS feed like a passwordless secret link.

Anyone who obtains an active private feed URL may be able to retrieve the fixtures exposed by that feed. Do not publish it. Rotate or revoke it if you think it has been shared unexpectedly.

05

Football data, fixtures & accuracy

Football data changes quickly. Kick-off times, venues, postponements, line-ups, injuries, statistics and other match information may be changed by leagues, clubs, governing bodies, broadcasters or data providers, sometimes at short notice.

We aim to provide the service with reasonable care and skill and to keep persisted data useful and current, but we cannot promise that every item of third-party football data will always be complete, error-free or immediately updated.

Before making a decision where timing or accuracy materially matters — for example travelling to a match — check the relevant club, competition, venue, broadcaster or other authoritative source.

06

Predictions, Index Odds & fantasy tools

Predictions, model probabilities, rankings, expected-value indicators, Index Odds and similar analysis are estimates built from available football and/or market evidence. They describe uncertainty; they do not guarantee a result.

They are provided for football analysis and entertainment and should not be treated as financial advice, investment advice, a promise of profit or a direction to place a bet.

Fantasy recommendations, projected performance, transfer suggestions and captaincy ideas are also analytical tools. Official fantasy-game rules, prices, deadlines, scoring and eligibility are controlled by the relevant fantasy provider and may differ from MySportCal’s displayed analysis.

07

Odds, bookmaker prices & external betting links

Odds shown by MySportCal are snapshots of prices observed from supported data. Prices may move between the time MySportCal records them and the time you reach a bookmaker. The bookmaker’s displayed price, rules, market status and settlement terms are the ones that apply to any bet placed there.

Some bookmaker links may be affiliate or sponsored links. Where a configured commercial relationship applies, MySportCal may receive a commission or other benefit if you follow a link or complete an eligible action. Partner status is identified in the betting interface where applicable.

We do not guarantee that a bookmaker shown is available or suitable for you, or that an offer remains available. You are responsible for checking the operator’s licence status, eligibility rules, geographic restrictions, offer conditions and responsible-gambling controls before using it.

08

Acceptable use

You may use MySportCal for your own lawful football-following, calendar, analysis and fantasy-planning purposes. You must not:

  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems, data, tokens or infrastructure;
  • interfere with, overload, probe, disrupt or bypass security or rate-limiting controls;
  • use the service to distribute malware, unlawful material or abusive traffic;
  • systematically extract, copy, republish or resell substantial parts of the service or its data in a way that infringes MySportCal’s or a third party’s rights, unless you have permission or a legal right to do so;
  • misrepresent MySportCal data, predictions or branding as your own official source; or
  • use automated access in a way that materially degrades the service for other users or breaches an applicable technical restriction.

Nothing in this section prevents activity that cannot lawfully be restricted, including rights you may have under applicable law.

09

Intellectual property & third-party rights

MySportCal’s software, original interface, branding, original written content and original analytical outputs are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. These Terms give you permission to use the service; they do not transfer ownership of those rights to you.

Club names, competition names, badges, trademarks, photographs and some football data may belong to clubs, leagues, governing bodies, data providers or other rights holders. Their appearance in the service does not mean MySportCal owns those third-party rights or is endorsed by the relevant rights holder unless expressly stated.

10

Availability, maintenance & service changes

We may maintain, improve, add, remove or change features as the platform develops. We may also temporarily restrict access for maintenance, security, provider outages, legal requirements or operational reasons.

We will act reasonably when making material changes. Where a change affects a paid consumer contract in the future, any notice, cancellation or refund rights required by law or the specific purchase terms will still apply.

We do not promise uninterrupted availability. If a problem affects the service, Support is the place to report it.

11

Suspension & ending your use

You can stop using MySportCal at any time. You can also disconnect calendar providers and revoke or rotate private calendar feeds using the available account controls.

We may suspend or restrict an account where we reasonably believe there is a material breach of these Terms, unlawful use, abuse, fraud, a security risk or a need to protect other users or the service. Where appropriate and reasonably possible, we will explain the reason or give an opportunity to remedy the issue before permanent action.

Nothing in these Terms removes any cancellation, refund, remedy or other right you have under applicable consumer law.

13

Liability & your statutory consumer rights

Your statutory rights still apply.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under UK consumer law.

If you use MySportCal as a consumer, we are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill, subject to the limits that the law allows.

We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable when the contract was made, or for business losses such as lost profit, lost revenue or business interruption where you use MySportCal for a consumer purpose.

Nothing excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

MySportCal is not responsible for the independent acts or omissions of an external calendar provider, fantasy provider, bookmaker or other third party, but this does not remove any responsibility MySportCal has for its own acts or for choosing or integrating a third party where the law makes us responsible.

14

Privacy, cookies & communications

The Privacy Policy explains what personal data MySportCal uses, the lawful bases involved, calendar-connection data, cookies/storage, partner-link logging and your data-protection rights. It is not treated as a blanket consent to optional marketing or analytics.

Service messages needed to operate or secure your account are different from optional product-update or marketing messages. Available privacy and communication choices can be managed through the relevant settings.

15

Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK or another jurisdiction, this clause does not remove any right to rely on mandatory local consumer law or to bring proceedings in a court that the law says is available to you.

If you have a problem, contact Support first so we can try to resolve it. Nothing in these Terms prevents either side from using a court or other dispute route available under applicable law.

16

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the service, law or commercial model changes. We will not use a terms update as a way to remove rights that the law says you must have.

If a change is material to an existing account relationship, we will take reasonable steps to bring it to your attention before or when it takes effect. The date at the top records the last substantive update.
